We’re proud to celebrate our newest round of Positive Office Referrals, highlighting our Hilltop Habit of the Month: Perseverance.
Perseverance at SHES looks like:
Sticking with a task, even when it’s challenging
Trying again after making a mistake
Showing a growth mindset and believing “I can do this!”
Putting forth effort and not giving up
Encouraging others to keep going
These students were recognized for pushing through obstacles, staying focused, and giving their best effort—even when things weren’t easy. That kind of determination is what helps our Eagles grow stronger every day!
We are so proud of our students for showing grit and resilience. Keep pushing forward, SHES—you’ve got this!

Agriculture Day Update
Due to the forecasted weather, our Agriculture Day celebration scheduled for March 17th will be postponed.
The event has been rescheduled for March 24th during the school day.
We appreciate the continued partnership of The Judy Center, Title I, Community Schools, and our major sponsor Maryland Coastal Bays for helping make this special learning experience possible for our students.
Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to a wonderful Agriculture Day with our students on March 24th!
