We are so proud of our amazing Hilltop learners! This month, we are celebrating students who are embracing our Hilltop Habit of the Month: CHANGE 💫
These students have shown what it means to grow, adapt, and step outside their comfort zones—whether it’s trying something new, improving their choices, or helping others navigate change with kindness and confidence.
Keep climbing, Hilltoppers—great things happen when we are open to change! #SHESStrong #HilltopHabits #EmbraceChange

We loved seeing so many families come out for our Zoey & Sassafras Title I Parent and Family Science Night last night. From hands-on experiments to curious minds at work, it was a night full of discovery, laughter, and learning together!
A huge THANK YOU to our incredible community partners—MD Coastal Bays, The Judy Center, and the University of Maryland Extension Service—for helping make this event so special for our students and families.
We also had a fun surprise guest appearance from WCPS Science Coordinator, Mrs. Jenn Sills, and her son, who introduced everyone to Apollo the bearded dragon 🦎—definitely a crowd favorite!
And we can’t forget Gregory May and his Silly Science Circus show—everyone absolutely loved the energy, humor, and interactive fun he brought to the night! 🎪🔬
